Remembering What Matters Most with Susan McNamara

This conversation is FIRE!! Warning - it might be a bit triggering because Susan McNamara, a mama bear who accepts no excuses for passive parenting, does not mince words when it comes to living a life that models our values every single day.

Honestly, do we ever take the time to sink into "remembering" what matters most? If you're like me, you entered into parenting feeling "in the weeds" and the last thing on our minds was considering what are our values. This is your invitation.

I loved this conversation so much because Susan shares how she felt called to dive deep into her values and hold true to them, no matter what, as she and her husband raised their two children. Her mission is to empower parents to do the same because she now has seen firsthand how this impacts our children and the humans they grow up to become.

The children are perfect – the systems are not. Choose your child.

If you need support choosing your child over the systems that pathologize and standardize our human existence, and that can often start with dialing down the "itty bitty shitty committee" that lives in your own head, book a discovery call with me, Belinda Tung at the Perfect Child website here.
