The Perfect Child Podcast

Your child is perfect. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. We can be the biggest critics of our children and that's because we've grown up to be influenced by many voices. So much so that sometimes, we haven't heard our own voice in years. The children are asking us to tune into our own inner knowing so that we can tune into them. These are the stories of those of us who have and continue to deprogram from the systems (that no longer serve us, if they ever did). We see the children as perfect. We see the children as whole. We hope these stories ignite in you the courage to protect your child from systems and people who dim their light.
As a new mama, Belinda parented in a very conventional way that did not bring her joy. She was constantly trying to manipulate her child to conform to her adult environment. Slowly, she began to question the voices and perceptions that were just "handed down to her" or seemed to just be the "norm." Through books and stories from friends and wisdom keepers, she began to call in her village and continued to question the conventional norm and was led to a better way of parenting and perceiving the child as perfect. They say hindsight is 20/20 and because Belinda saw that there is a better way for us to be receiving our children and raising them in a way that amplifies their light, she founded Perfect Child and now shares the stories via The Perfect Child Podcast.
